The Cooker

Our cooker comes from nowhere else than Texas. It has been seasoned by the manufacturer and ready for our cook, Mark Little, to put his own spin on slow cooked ribs, chickens, beef brisket, turkey and a variety of other meats.  It showed up on schedule loaded on a flat bed tractor trailer ready for installation.

The "Bib’s Downtown Cooker" has the capability of smoking 1000 pounds of meat and poultry.  You can get a glimpse into our kitchen of our savory meats as they come off the cooker when you dine in our spacious restaurant.
