Our capabilities are endless as our cook Mark Little, can cook everything from smoked meats, poultry and fish to specialty menus of all kinds.  We will be happy to help you plan your next event. No event is too big or small or too unique.   Some of our specialties include the following:

• On-Site cooking and catering:  Bib’s Downtown has a 16 foot pull behind trailer with 2 large grills, 16 gallon fresh water tank, black iron pot for stews, burners and more.  We can pull this unit up to your home, office, job site or facility and cook on-site.  It never fails to be a conversation piece among your party goers.
• Drug Rep/Sales Appreciation Lunches:  Do you need 50 box lunches delivered to your facility for drug rep appreciation and sales lunches?  No problem.  We will be happy to work with you on delivery and set up of your lunches and stay within your budget.  Your food choices are endless and we will be happy to help you come up with a unique menu to feed your clients.
• Home Parties, Picnics, Weddings:  No problem.  We would love to cater your indoor or outdoor event whether we cook on-site with our mobile cooker or prepare your unique menu and deliver ready to go.  Carving stations or buffet style are our specialty.

• Office Lunches:  Do you order lunches for your office?  Let us help you with that.  We can deliver box lunches ready to eat on time and unique to satisfy your office staff.  Do not hesitate to call for details.
• Group Reservations:  Bib’s Downtown has a seating capacity of 130 to accommodate your large party needs.  Rent space or call for a reservation so we can be prepared for your large group.  We can arrange a special menu or your party can order straight from the menu.
• Job Site Catering:  With our mobile cooker, we can cater your job site appreciation luncheon.  We can cook on site or cater directly from our kitchen.  No job site too small.
• Meeting Reservations:  Bib’s Downtown has installed state of the art AV equipment in our restaurant.  You can book your meeting here.  We have located speakers throughout the restaurant ceiling for piping in music.  We have a projector and screen for you Power Point Presentation.  Book your next meeting at Bib’s Downtown.
