About The Hickory Room
The Hickory Room opened in October 2010. It’s located on the opposite end of the building from the restaurant dining room. Owners Robert, Ricky and Pitmaster Mark call it our “Hickory Room” after the only type of wood used in famous red smoker.
The room features local saw cut wood trim with stone walls and fireplace. The floor remains the original concrete which has been beautifully leveled and stained to a burnt yellow. The walls are tan and chocolate which create a wonderful warm feeling throughout the space. With the projector and sound system, guests can choose to listen to music, play DVDs, watch television or present slideshows.
The Hickory Room is a “dress casual” banquet space which can accommodate anything from the rowdy sports viewing party to a more formal wedding event. It is the perfect spot for you no matter what the occasion.
