Once again it is Pink Duck time at Bib's Downtown. Last year we were able to raise over $400 selling Pink Ducks for the Susan G. Koman Foundation and Breast Cancer awareness. We are ready once again for the 2 Buck Duck. Come on into the restaurant and purchase a pink duck for 2 bucks and the money raised will go to Breast Cancer Awareness. These ducks are perfect for putting on your desk or taping to the top of your computer. Also great for kids and grandkids to play with in the tub. March 1st-4th Beef Brisket Veggie Soup
Our smoked beef brisket veggie soup is an awesome combination of our locally famous brisket with potatoes, carrots, corn, cabbage, okra, green beans, tomatoes and peas. This great soup is perfect for warming you up during this endless winter cold outside. Each plates comes with a hearty cup of brisket soup, choice of red or white slaw and six hushpuppies for dipping.
March 8th-11th Smoked Meat Loaf
Our smoked meat loaf special was an absolute hit in February, so we are running this great special again. Pit Master Mark Little takes and old family recipe for meatloaf and slathers it with a special Bib' ketchup sauce and then smokes it for that perfect combination of flavors. Each Meatloaf Special plate is served with a healthy helping of meatloaf, your choice of red or white slaw, a side and Texas toast.
March 15th-18th Corn Beef & Cabbage Plate
It's time for St. Patrick's day again and we are honoring the day with a great special for the week. This plate comes with sliced corn beef that is baked to perfection with Bib's mustard sauce then sliced and put on a bed of stewed cabbage. The plate also includes your choice or side, 3 hushpuppies and a slice of Texas Toast.
March 22nd-March 25th Bib's Pulled Pork Nachos
Our Pulled Pork Nachos are made up on a bed of cheddar and spinach chips topped with our sauced up pulled pork, fresh tomatoes, shredded cheese and sour cream. Perfect for a meal or for an appetizer for your table to share.
March 29th-April 1st Barby Dogs
'What the Heck is a Barby Dog?' Necessity is the mother of invention...we were at an outdoor event and ran out of Hamburger buns for pulled pork sandwiches, so we started making them out of hot dogs buns. People LOVED them, so we are putting them on special. You can get it Regular...Pulled Pork (with our house or spicy sauce), Red or White slaw on a hot dog bun. You can also get it All the Way: Bib's Mustard, Slaw, Chili & Onions. The plates come with one Barby Dog Regular or All the Way, choice or side and 6 hushpuppies.
