You have asked for it....now we have it!  Chocolate Cobbler is making its Bib's Downtown debut on Friday August 21st.  We did a test run at our recent wine tasting on the patio, and there was playful skirmish over who was going to get to take a spoon to the empty pans.  Our pitmaster Mark Little has come up with a delectable chocolate cobbler featuring a smooth rich dark chocolate with a light bread cobbler crust.  The cobbler is a wonderful compliment to our smoked meats and it also goes nicely with a glass of North Carolina's own Stony Knoll Cabernet Franc.
